According to the scheme, the efficiency of effectively monitoring the position of the rain leakage point is improved, and the problem of safety accidents caused by untimely reaction is reduced.
本发明涉及机械设备技术领域,提出一种桥式起重机滑触线防雨系统及方法。系统包括:导轨,两端连接在厂房立柱上且位于桥式起重机滑触线上方的预设距离处;安装在导轨上且可移动的运行机构,内置驱动单元且顶部安装有挡雨板,挡雨板在运行机构的带动下可展开或关闭;安装在导轨上且均匀分布的多个湿度传感器,用于检测当前位置的湿度值;安装在运行机构上并与驱动单元及多个湿度传感器通信连接的控制器,用于计算出运行机构与湿度值大于阈值的传感器的距离值并基于其向驱动单元发送启动信号,使运行机构移动距离值以及展开挡雨板,避免雨落到滑触线上。本方案提高了有效监测到漏雨点位置的效率,减少了由于反应不及时而产生安全事故的问题。
