The mining barrel is kept in a balanced state during final stretching and lifting, the situation that the mining barrel touches the inner wall of the vertical shaft is reduced, and the equipment damage risk and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明涉及竖井采矿技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种竖井采矿用采矿桶旋调升降装置。其包括采矿升降设备本体,采矿升降设备本体包括架体,架体的两侧形成有两个侧腔,其中一个侧腔的内部设置有升降机构,升降机构远离侧腔的一端穿过中杆连接有调节组件,分股管的底端内部设置有润滑组件。本发明通过分股管内部的分股拉绳绕辊和调节电机,控制分股拉绳本体的收放长度,多次收放对采矿桶本体进行拉扯晃动,使得内部存放的矿物在摇晃过程中重新分布,达到平衡放置的目的,有效减少了因矿物装填不均导致的重心偏移,确保采矿桶在最终拉伸抬升时保持平衡状态,减少其触碰竖井内壁,降低设备损坏风险与安全隐患。
