The invention discloses a winch with a steel wire rope over-pay-off prevention mechanism. The winch comprises a base, a mounting support arranged on the base, a pay-off and take-up barrel mechanism arranged on the mounting support and the over-pay-off prevention mechanism arranged on the mounting support and matched with a pay-off and take-up barrel assembly. The take-up and pay-off roller mechanism comprises a take-up barrel which is arranged on the mounting bracket and is horizontally placed, and a motor for driving the take-up barrel to rotate forwards and backwards; the over-unwinding prevention mechanism comprises a transverse plate arranged on the top of the mounting support and a linear sensor assembly arranged on the transverse plate, and the linear sensor assembly can detect the state of the steel wire rope. The state of the steel wire rope is detected through the over-releasing prevention mechanism composed of the transverse plate and the linear sensor assembly, so that over-releasing of the steel wire rope is avoided, and the purposes of optimizing the overall structure of the winch, avoiding over-releasing of the winch, improving the use safety of the winch and improving the safety coefficient of workers are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种带有钢丝绳防过放机构的绞车,包含有底座、设置在底座上的安装支架、设置在所述安装支架上的收放线筒机构和设置在所述安装支架上的与所述收放线筒组件相配合的防过放机构;所述收放线滚筒机构包含有设置在安装支架上且呈卧式安放的收线筒体、驱动所述收线筒体进行正反自转的电机;所述防过放机构包含有设置在安装支架上顶部的横板和设置在横板上的直线传感器装配体,所述直线传感器装配体能够对钢丝绳的状态进行检测。通过横板和直线传感器装配体组成的防过放机构对钢丝绳的状态进行检测,从而避免钢丝绳被过放,达到优化绞车的整体结构、避免绞车出现过放的情况发生、提升绞车的使用安全和提升工作人员的安全系数的目的。
