A crane pulley groove abrasion detection device comprises a shell, a servo electric cylinder and a detection head. The output end of the servo electric cylinder is connected with the telescopic rod, the movement stroke of the telescopic rod is that the telescopic rod moves back and forth along the axis of the telescopic rod, the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the detection head, the middle of the servo electric cylinder is connected with the inner surface of the shell, the shell is provided with a sliding hole, and the middle of the telescopic rod is inserted into the sliding hole. Then the servo electric cylinder is started to drive the telescopic rod to move towards the pulley groove until the detection head is connected with the inner wall of the pulley groove, then the servo electric cylinder measures the moving distance of the telescopic rod, and the moving distance is the depth of the pulley groove; the depth is obtained by the servo motor without manual measurement, so that the measurement is accurate; and the accurate depth of the pulley groove is obtained, so that the abrasion degree of the pulley groove can be accurately judged. Therefore, according to the design, the depth of the pulley groove is accurately measured, and the abrasion degree of the pulley groove is accurately judged.

    一种起重机滑轮轮槽磨损检测装置,包括壳体、伺服电缸与检测头;伺服电缸的输出端与伸缩杆连接,伸缩杆的运动行程为沿其轴线来回移动,伸缩杆的另一端与检测头连接,伺服电缸的中部与壳体的内表面连接,壳体上设置有滑动孔,滑动孔内插有伸缩杆的中部,应用时,先固定壳体,再启动伺服电缸以带动伸缩杆向滑轮轮槽移动,直至检测头与滑轮轮槽的内壁连接,然后由伺服电缸对伸缩杆的移动距离进行测量,该移动距离即为滑轮轮槽深度;由伺服电机得出深度,而无需通过人工测量,故测量准确;得到准确的滑轮轮槽深度,即可准确地判断滑轮轮槽的磨损程度。因此,本设计对于滑轮轮槽深度测量准确,且对于滑轮轮槽的磨损程度判断较准。
