The composite flexible thin film based on the VO2 phase change material comprises a transparent flexible substrate layer, a low-radiation layer, a gap layer and a light regulation and control layer which are sequentially laminated from bottom to top, the light regulation and control layer comprises a plurality of light regulation and control strips arranged in a linear array, the cross section of each light regulation and control strip is triangular, and the bottom surface of each triangle is attached to the top surface of the gap layer; and a flexible transparent protective layer is coated on the light control strip. The composite flexible thin film based on the VO2 phase change material not only has good flexibility so as to adapt to various curved surfaces or dynamically changed surfaces, but also has good weather resistance and dimming effect.
本发明提供的基于VO2相变材料的复合柔性薄膜包括自下而上依次叠层的透明柔性基底层、低辐射层、空隙层以及光调控层;光调控层包括多个成线性阵列排布的光调控条,光调控条的横截面为三角形,三角形的底面与空隙层顶面相贴合;光调控条上包覆有柔性透明保护层。本发明提供的基于VO2相变材料的复合柔性薄膜不仅仅具有良好的柔韧性,进而满足适应各种曲面或动态变化的表面,同时还具有良好的耐候性以及调光效果。
