The invention relates to a parking availability confidence interval prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an initial arrival rate and an initial departure rate based on original observation data of a target parking lot; based on the initial arrival rate and the initial departure rate, utilizing a preset neural network model to respectively predict arrival rates and departure rates of a plurality of preset time intervals to obtain an arrival rate sequence and a departure rate sequence; and based on the arrival rate sequence and the departure rate sequence, utilizing a dynamic Markov queue model to predict probability distribution of the parking availability of each preset time interval, and obtaining a mean value and a confidence interval of the parking availability of each preset time interval according to the probability distribution. Therefore, the dynamic Markov queue model and the deep learning technology are combined to construct the parking availability confidence interval so as to evaluate the uncertainty of the parking availability, the problem that the user is difficult to park in the uncertainty environment is solved, and the operation efficiency of the whole traffic system is improved.
