The invention belongs to the technical field of battery replacement, and particularly relates to a battery replacement control system of a battery replacement battery distribution vehicle, which comprises at least two groups of battery replacement bottom supports, and is characterized in that high-voltage interfaces of the first group of battery replacement bottom supports are output to the whole vehicle after being connected in parallel through a convergence box and are used for providing driving electric energy for the distribution vehicle or being used as standby power for replacement; high-voltage interfaces of the second group of battery changing bottom supports are plugged; the low-voltage interfaces of all the battery changing bottom supports are connected in parallel and then are connected with the whole vehicle; the battery replacing bottom support is provided with the battery replacing controller which is used for controlling unlocking, locking and battery state communication of the battery replacing bottom support; the wireless communication unit is used for interaction between the distribution vehicle and the battery swap station and transmitting a battery swap instruction; and the vehicle control unit is connected with the battery replacement controller and the wireless communication unit through a public CAN bus and is used for coordinating high-voltage power supply selection. According to the invention, through the two groups of battery replacing bases, the battery replacing batteries are divided into the power battery pack and the standby battery pack, the whole process is automatic, and manual intervention and operation errors are reduced.
