The invention discloses a force closed-loop sliding-mode control method for an electronic mechanical braking system, and relates to the technical field of an EMB system of an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: building a motor model according to the basic characteristics of a motor under a rotor synchronous coordinate system; and based on a novel power exponent reaching law, force closed-loop sliding mode control of the electronic mechanical braking system is constructed according to a motor model and a relational expression between clamping force and friction plate displacement. By designing the force closed-loop sliding mode control power exponent reaching law, the clamping force is controlled in real time, and the problems that under the condition that other coefficients of an existing sliding mode control reaching law are the same, the reaching speed of a state variable to a sliding mode surface s = 0 is low, and buffeting can be generated are solved.

    本发明公开了一种电子机械制动系统力闭环滑模控制方法,涉及电动汽车EMB系统技术领域,在转子同步坐标系下,根据电机基本特性建立电机模型;基于新型的幂指数趋近律,根据电机模型以及根据夹紧力与摩擦片位移之间的关系式,构建电子机械制动系统力闭环滑模控制。本发明通过设计力闭环滑模控制幂指数趋近律,实时对夹紧力进行控制,解决了现有滑模控制趋近律在其他系数相同的情况下,状态变量向滑模面s=0趋近速度慢且会产生抖振的问题。
