The invention relates to the technical field of crane hoisting, and discloses a cantilever crane overwater hoisting method which comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a hoisting machine tool according to the minimum hoisting height, the auxiliary displacement of a lifting hook and the load of the lifting hook required by cantilever crane installation; s2, determining a hoisting point and the length of a steel wire rope according to the maximum hoisting height of the hoisting machine; s3, calculating the minimum horizontal elevation angle which can be reached when the cantilever crane rotates from theta2 to the horizontal direction; s4, setting the included angle between the arm support and the horizontal direction to be the minimum value of the minimum horizontal elevation angle and theta1, and assembling the arm support; s5, the arm frame is hoisted, so that the shelf mounting point is lifted to the shelf height; s6, adjusting the lifting hook to enable the cantilever crane to reach the maximum horizontal elevation angle; s7, adjusting the included angle between the boom and the horizontal direction to theta 2; and S8, positioning and mounting the cantilever crane. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cantilever crane can be hoisted by a single floating crane, and the technical problems of large sea space demand, complex cooperative operation and high hoisting cost of the cantilever crane when double floating cranes are adopted to hoist the cantilever crane in the prior art are solved.
本发明涉及起重机吊装技术领域,公开了一种臂架的水上吊装方法,包括以下步骤:S1、根据臂架安装所需最小吊装高度、吊钩辅助位移及吊钩载荷,选择吊装机具;S2、根据吊装机具最大吊装高度确定吊点和钢丝绳长度;S3、计算臂架自θ2向水平方向转动能达到的最小水平仰角;S4、设置臂架与水平方向的夹角为最小水平仰角和θ1中的最小值,并组装臂架;S5、吊装臂架使搁架安装点升至搁架高度;S6、调节吊钩使臂架达最大水平仰角;S7、调整臂架与水平方向的夹角至θ2;S8、定位安装臂架。本发明实施例实现了单浮吊对臂架的吊装,解决了现有技术中采用双浮吊抬吊臂架时海域空间需求大,协同配合操作复杂,吊装臂架成本高的技术问题。
