The bridge type grab bucket ship unloader comprises a steel supporting structure, a bridge frame structure, a lifting opening and closing mechanism, a pitching mechanism, a trolley, a grab bucket, a trolley traction mechanism, a discharging system and a walking mechanism, the bridge frame structure is arranged at the upper end of the steel supporting structure, and the lifting opening and closing mechanism is arranged on the steel supporting structure, connected with the grab bucket and used for lifting opening and closing of the grab bucket; the pitching mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the steel supporting structure, connected with the bridge structure and used for pitching of the bridge structure, the trolley is arranged on the bridge structure in a sliding mode, the trolley traction mechanism is arranged on the bridge structure, connected with the trolley and used for providing driving force for the trolley, and the discharging system is arranged in the middle of the steel supporting structure and used for grab bucket discharging. The walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the steel supporting mechanism and used for driving the steel supporting mechanism. The structure is simple, a rope supporting trolley system is omitted, the mechanism of the whole machine is simplified, the structural load of the whole machine is optimized, the weight of the whole machine is reduced, and the manufacturing cost and the maintenance cost are effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种桥式抓斗卸船机,包括钢支撑结构、桥架结构、起升开闭机构、俯仰机构、小车、抓斗、小车牵引机构、卸料系统和行走机构,桥架结构设置在钢支撑结构上端,起升开闭机构设置在钢支撑结构上与抓斗连接,用于抓斗起升开闭,俯仰机构设置在钢支撑结构上端与桥架结构连接,用于桥架结构俯仰,小车滑动设置在桥架结构上,小车牵引机构设置在桥接结构上与小车连接,用于对小车提供驱动力,卸料系统设置在钢支撑结构中部,用于抓斗卸料,行走机构设置在钢支撑机构底部,用于驱动钢支撑结构。本发明结构简单,取消了托绳小车系统,简化了整机的机构,优化了整机结构受载,降低了整机的重量,有效降低了制造成本和维护成本。
