A vehicle windscreen wiper device, able to be mounted through the wall of a glazed opening panel (5) defining an inner space and an outer space, said device comprising an inner motor (1) having an inner transmission casing (10), said motor actuating a drive shaft (10) guided in said inner transmission casing (10), said shaft at the outlet of said casing being at least partially housed in a sleeve (2) capable of extending from said casing (10) to the outside of the opening panel wall, which is characterised in that said sleeve (2) has, at the outer proximal end thereof, a control for manoeuvring the opening panel (25).
