A positioning method, apparatus and device, and a computer-readable storage medium, wherein the positioning method comprises: acquiring an image captured by an image capturing device and the capturing orientation of the image, the image capturing device being provided at the side of a road (S210); determining, in the image, pixel coordinates of a target object in the image (S220); determining the relationship between pixel coordinates corresponding to capturing orientations and position coordinates in a physical world (S230); and determining position coordinates of the target object in the physical world according to the relationship and the pixel coordinates of the target object in the image (S240). According to the correspondence between the pixel coordinates in the image and the position coordinates in the physical world, and the conversion relationship between the pixel coordinates in different capturing orientations, the position information of the object may be accurately determined, thereby avoiding the problem in which the target object cannot be positioned due to a blind zone in the field of view.
