A wheel disc, according to one aspect of the present invention, having a bolt hole for bolt fastening is divided into a first region, which extends in the circumferential direction of the bolt hole so as to have a preset width, and a second region excluding the first region, wherein the first region can be provided so as to have an average tensile strength lower than that of the second region.
