An electrical circuitry for an electric vehicle charging station, comprising a printed circuit board that comprises at least two conductive tracks for conducting electrical charging currents. The electrical circuitry further comprises at least two conductive connector tabs provided onto the printed circuit board and conductively coupled to the at least two conductive tracks; and a charging socket for receiving a charging cable, provided onto the printed circuit board. The charging socket comprises at least two contact pins, for providing a conductive coupling between the at least two conductive connector tabs and the charging cable. In an inventive way, the at least two contact pins are electrically connected with the at least two conductive connector tabs by means of a friction fit.
