Said device comprises two regulation modules (10, 20) provided to be respectively arranged above and below said beam, each said module comprising a support rack (11, 21) defining two lateral boxes separated by a central box, a plurality of pivoting flaps (12, 22) arranged in said lateral boxes, as well as a control mechanism (14, 24) mounted at said central box and hinged to said flaps; said device also comprising a connecting linkage (30) connecting the control mechanisms of said modules and having at least one frangible weakening area (36, 37), as well as an actuator (40) able to drive the pivoting of the flaps via said control mechanisms and said linkage.
