A discharge device is provided comprising an exhaust duct 10 that extends in the lateral direction of a vehicle V from a battery 1 mounted under the vehicle V to a trim space 2, the exhaust duct 10 is provided with a partition 11 that extends in the direction of the exhaust that is divided into a front flow path 12F and a rear flow path 12R toward the front and rear of the vehicle V, the rear flow path 12R has a cross-sectional area that is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the front flow path 12F, a merging area S is provided on the outlet side of the exhaust duct 10 between the rear flow path 12R and the front flow path 12F, and air A2 flowing to the front flow path 12F is drawn due to the negative pressure of air A1 flowing through the rear flow path 1, forming a flow of exhaust air A3 toward the rear of the vehicle within the trim space 2.
