The invention describes a transport arrangement (11, 12, 13) for transporting components (20, 21, 22, 23) of a plurality of offshore wind-driven electrolysis facilities (2), comprising a set of connectors (11) adapted to facilitate assembly of a stack (S) of components (20); a stack support means (12) adapted to support the component stack (S) on the deck (30) of an installation vessel (3); and a displacement means (13) adapted to displace the stack support means (12) to expose a portion (30P) of the deck space (30) of the installation vessel (3). The invention further describes a method of loading an installation vessel (3) with components (20, 21, 22, 23) of a plurality of offshore wind-driven electrolysis facilities (2) using such a transport arrangement (11, 12, 13)
