A dynamic brake function (DBF) torque control method, comprising: after it is monitored that a DBF of a vehicle is triggered, performing arbitration on an initially required torque of the vehicle to obtain an initially required torque T3 of the vehicle; acquiring a vehicle impact degree of the vehicle, and calculating a vehicle torque variation ΔT on the basis of the vehicle impact degree of the vehicle; acquiring a hysteresis time t1 for controlled deceleration for parking brake (CDP) of the vehicle to take effect and a hysteresis time t2 for a rear wheel unlocker (RWU) to take effect; monitoring the state of the CDP, and if the CDP is activated, processing T3 according to ΔT and t1; if the CDP is not activated but the RWU is activated, processing T3 according to the ΔT and t2; and if neither the CDP nor the RWU is activated, processing T3 on the basis of a vehicle speed V of the vehicle. Further disclosed are a DBF torque control system, and an electric vehicle and a storage medium. A torque output is adjusted by means of controlling a requirement-end torque during a DBF process, thereby achieving the aim of improving the DBF driving performance and improving the safety of a braking process, and the problem of the control over a vehicle body posture being insufficient that is caused by unsmooth braking during the DBF process is solved.
