A computer system (1200) comprising processing circuitry (1202) configured to handle a stability risk of a vehicle (1) is provided. The processing circuitry (1202) is configured to predict a first vehicle motion of the vehicle (1) and establish a first value indicative of an uncertainty of the predicted first vehicle motion. The first vehicle motion is predicted based on any one or more out of: a traffic situation of a road (10) travelled by the vehicle (1), a driver model configured to predict one or more future inputs of a driver of the vehicle (1), an estimation of a driving environment of the vehicle (1), and vehicle characteristics and/or load information of the vehicle (1). The processing circuitry (1202) is further configured to, based on the predicted first vehicle motion and the first value, determine a stability risk of the vehicle (1).
