Provided is a blade rubber regeneration device capable of more accurately regenerating a blade rubber of which the wiping performance has decreased. The blade rubber regeneration device comprises a blade unit for cutting the tip-end of a lip portion of the blade rubber in the longitudinal direction of the blade rubber. The regeneration device causes the blade unit to relatively move from an end portion A that is one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the blade rubber toward an end portion B that is the other end portion, to cut a part of the tip-end of the lip portion. The regeneration device comprises a lip-portion pinching member, a biasing member that abuts on and biases the end portion B of the lip portion, and a pressing member that presses the tip-end of the lip portion. The pinching member pinches at least a part of the lip portion from either side of the lip portion under a specific condition. The pressing member presses the tip-end of the lip portion before the movement.
