PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing condition detecting device capable of highly accurately detecting actual condition related to damage of a bearing of a gear unit constituting a carriage of a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: The bearing condition detecting device for detecting bearing condition of the gear unit constituting the carriage of the railway vehicle detects the actual condition related to the damage of the bearing on the basis of information including parameters related to the bearing condition measured during actual travel of the railway vehicle.
