A stop lamp turning-off regenerative torque first threshold calculation portion 12a outputs, based on total vehicle weight or the like, stop lamp turning-off regenerative torque first thresholds Pcorresponding to the stop lamp turning-off deceleration thresholds. A stop lamp turning-off regenerative torque second threshold calculation portion 12b outputs stop lamp turning-off regenerative torque second thresholds Psmaller than the thresholds Pand larger than the thresholds P. A stop lamp turning-on determination portion 13, if a value of regenerative torque shown by a regenerative torque signal Tg exceeds the thresholds P, turns on a stop lamp 3 and, if the value becomes equal to or less than the thresholds Por if a state where the value is equal to or less than the thresholds Pcontinues for a certain time, turns off the stop lamp 3.

    【課題】電気式回生制動装置の作動時に、適切にストップランプの点灯消灯制御をする。【解決手段】ストップランプ点灯回生トルク閾値演算部11は、空車重量等を基に、ストップランプ点灯減速度閾値に対応したストップランプ点灯回生トルク閾値PONを出力する。ストップランプ消灯回生トルク第1閾値演算部12aは、車両総重量等を基に、ストップランプ消灯減速度閾値に対応したストップランプ消灯回生トルク第1閾値POFF1を出力する。ストップランプ消灯回生トルク第2閾値演算部12bは、閾値PONより小さく閾値POFF1より大きいストップランプ消灯回生トルク第2閾値POFF2を出力する。ストップランプ点灯判定部13は、回生トルク信号Tgで示す回生トルクの値が、閾値PONを上回ったらストップランプ3を点灯し、閾値POFF1以下になったら、または、閾値POFF2以下の状態が一定時間継続したら、ストップランプ3を消灯する。【選択図】図1
