PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery frame suppressing a battery from coming off a vehicle even if a load is inputted in the vehicle, and to provide a battery mounting structure for a vehicle equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A battery frame 20 includes a battery frame body 21 of resin which is disposed on the lower side of car body of a floor panel 12, to support a battery 70, and a metal ductile member 40 which is integrally provided at the battery frame body 21 and fastened and fixed on a lower surface side of the floor panel 12, with the battery 70 being fastened and fixed.
