PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both the shock absorbing function and the piston position adjustment function with a compact structure for a fluid pressure cylinder.SOLUTION: A cylinder tube 12 into/from which a working fluid 11 can be introduced/discharged is provided in a cushion jack 10, and an outer piston 13 that can store therein nitrogen gas 14 partitions an interior of this cylinder tube 12 into an outer push-out pressure chamber and an outer push-in pressure chamber 12b. An inner piston 15 partitions an interior of the outer piston 13 into an inner push-out pressure chamber 13a and an inner push-in pressure chamber. A piston rod 16 is coupled to the inner piston 15 so as to be able to push/pull to/from the cylinder tube 12.
