PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an in-wheel motor drive device or an arm fixed to the in-wheel motor drive device etc. from interfering with a damper of a suspension device.SOLUTION: A suspension structure of the invention includes: an in-wheel motor drive device (11) which drives a steering wheel of a vehicle; a swing arm member (43) in which one end part (43c) connects with a vehicle body side member, the other end part (43b) connects with the in-wheel motor drive device, and the other end part may swing in a vertical direction with the one end part set to a swing center; a damper (45) in which the one end part connects with the vehicle body side member and the other end part rotatably connects with the in-wheel motor drive device, the damper (45) being a suspension member in which a space between one end part (45a) and the other end part (45b) may expand and contract; and a link member (61) disposed between the in-wheel motor drive device and the other end part of the damper.
