PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately acquire actual characteristics on the basis of one actual characteristic point.SOLUTION: An actual segment is acquired and actual characteristics are acquired on the basis of one actual characteristic point, initial characteristics, and a characteristic regulation relation. A gradient αis acquired from a segment βof the initial characteristics and an actual characteristic point P, a segment βis acquired on the basis of the gradient αand the characteristic regulation relation, and a first provisional line is acquired from the gradient αand the segment β. Subsequently, if the n-th provisional line is repeatedly acquired and end conditions are satisfied, a segment βn of the n-th provisional line is defined as the actual segment and the second provisional line is defined as the actual characteristics. As a result, it is possible to accurately acquire the actual characteristics as compared with a case of acquiring actual characteristics with the segment set as a fixed value.
