PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables a trolley wire stationary height to be estimated continuously from data measured with an inspection car running at high speed.SOLUTION: An impulse response matrix that expresses a dynamic characteristic of an overhead power line comprising a trolley wire 11 is prepared in advance. A height of a pantagraph 3 sliding with the trolley wire 11 and a contact force between the pantagraph 3 and the trolley wire 11 is measured. A stationary height of the trolley wire is estimated by subtracting an estimated previous amount of push-up of the trolley wire 11 at an estimation target point generated by the pantagraph 3 from a height of the pantagraph 3 at the point. The estimated previous amount of push-up is obtained by a convolution integration of a value produced by multiplying the contact force of each point of a section from the estimation target point to a certain distance before by an impulse response at each point of the impulse response matrix with respect to the section.

    【課題】 高速走行する検測車で計測するデータから、連続的にトロリ線の静高さを推定可能な方法等を提供する。【解決手段】 トロリ線11を含む架線の動特性を表現するインパルス応答行列を事前に作成しておく。そして、トロリ線11と摺動するパンタグラフ3の高さ、及び、パンタグラフ3とトロリ線11との間の接触力を測定する。推定対象地点におけるパンタグラフ3の高さから、それまでのパンタグラフ3により発生した該地点におけるトロリ線11の推定押上量を差し引いてトロリ線の静高さを推定する。推定押上量は、推定対象地点からある距離手前の区間の各点の接触力に、インパルス応答行列の前記各点におけるインパルス応答を掛けた値を、前記区間について畳み込み積分することにより求める。【選択図】図1
