PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature type expansion valve 12 which suppresses occurrence of delay in feedback control with respect to a change in a refrigerant flow rate flowing in an inlet of an evaporator.SOLUTION: A pressure P2 of an evaporator inflow refrigerant and a pressure P3 of an evaporator outflow refrigerant act on a diaphragm 61. The diaphragm 61 transfers pressure difference (P2-P3) to a diaphragm 50 via an operation rod 323. A pressure P1 of the evaporator outflow refrigerant is applied on the diaphragm 50 from a lower part pressure operation chamber 53b. The pressure P1 and the pressure P3 are offset, and only the pressure P2 of the evaporator inflow refrigerant acts on the diaphragm 50. The diaphragm 50 adjusts an opening of a throttle passage 363 by displacing a spherical valve body 321 via the operation rod 323 according to a temperature of the evaporator outflow refrigerant and the pressure P2 of the evaporator inflow refrigerant.

    【課題】蒸発器の入口に流れる冷媒流量の変化に対するフィードバック制御に遅れが生じることを抑制した温度式膨張弁12を提供する。【解決手段】ダイヤフラム61には、蒸発器流入冷媒の圧力P2と蒸発器流出冷媒の圧力P3が作用する。ダイヤフラム61は、差圧(P2−P3)を作動棒323を介してダイヤフラム50に伝える。ダイヤフラム50には、下部圧力作動室53bから蒸発器流出冷媒の圧力P1が加わる。圧力P1と圧力P3とが相殺されて、蒸発器流入冷媒の圧力P2のみがダイヤフラム50に作用する。ダイヤフラム50は、蒸発器流出冷媒の温度と蒸発器流入冷媒の圧力P2とに応じて、作動棒323を介して球状弁体321を変位させて絞り通路363の開度を調整する。【選択図】図1
