PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular charging device compatible with both of a contact type power supply and non-contact type power supply while suppressing a cost, for a vehicle including a contact type charging device.SOLUTION: A vehicular charging device includes: a contact type power supply part which is performed with power supply from a power supply device by contacting; and a non-contact type power supply part which is added to the contact type power supply part and is performed with power supply from the power supply device by not-contacting. The contact type power supply part includes: a converter which converts a voltage inputted from a power receiving terminal into a DC voltage; and a first control part which controls a drive of the converter. The non-contact type power supply part has a second control part which can be connected to the first control part later. The second control part has no function of controlling the converter, outputs a signal related to starting or completion of non-contact type power supply to the first control part, and the first control part controls the drive of the converter by using the signal as a trigger when receiving power from the power supply device by not contacting.
【課題】接触型の充電装置を備えた車両に対して、コストを抑制しつつ非接触給電に対応させる。【解決手段】この車両用充電装置は、給電装置から接触による給電を担う接触型給電部と、接触型給電部に後付けされ、給電装置から非接触による給電を担う非接触型給電部とを備える。接触型給電部は、受電端子から入力される電圧を直流電圧に変換するコンバータと、コンバータの駆動を制御する第1制御部とを有する。非接触型給電部は、第1制御部に後付けで接続可能にされた第2制御部を有する。第2制御部は、コンバータを制御する機能を有すること無く、非接触の給電の開始または終了に関する信号を第1制御部に出力し、第1制御部は、給電装置から非接触で受電する場合において、この信号をトリガーとしてコンバータの駆動を制御する。【選択図】図1
