PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase, with a simple structure, the bending-deformation resistance of a slit-formed part 2 in an electromagnetic shield member 1 having a shape of a metal cylindrical body and having a structure in which a plurality of slits 20 arranged in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical body are formed in a part of the cylindrical body.SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic shield member 1 having a shape of a metal cylindrical body, a slit-formed part 2 includes a plurality of band-shaped parts 21 that are separated by a plurality of slits 20. Each of the band-shaped parts 21 includes a protruding curved part that is curved so as to protrude toward the outer peripheral surface side of the slit-formed part 2.
