PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an angle of a rearview mirror in a state in which an occupant does not feel uncomfortable without reference to a running state of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A parking adjusting movable range T2 in a parked state is set wider than a traveling adjusting movable range T1 during travel motion. The adjusting movable range is corrected by determining a correction amount S depending on an inclined state of a road, which is grasped by road state grasping means, and an angle of a rearview mirror 2 is adjusted in the accurate adjusting movable range.

    【課題】 車両の走行状態に拘わらず乗員に違和感が生じない状態でルームミラーの角度の調整を行う。【解決手段】 停車中の停車用調整可動範囲T2を走行中の走行用調整可動範囲T1よりも広く設定し、また、道路状態把握手段で把握された道路の傾斜状態に応じ、補正量Sを求めて調整可動範囲を補正し、的確な調整可動範囲でルームミラー2の角度を調整する。【選択図】図6
