PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the lowering of a traveling drive force by a motor when starting an engine by the traveling motor during the traveling of a vehicle, in the hybrid vehicle with a continuously variable transmission.SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle with a continuously variable transmission comprises: an engine 1; a continuously variable transmission 3 arranged between the engine and drive wheels 8; a motor 2 arranged between the continuously variable transmission and the engine; a clutch 4 arranged between the engine and the motor; a first drive force transmission route PT1 which transmits a motor drive force to the drive wheels via the continuously variable transmission; a second drive force transmission route PT2 which transmits the motor drive force to the drive wheels not via the continuously variable transmission; and changeover mechanisms 5, 6 which switch these transmission routes. When the vehicle is switched from an EV mode at which the vehicle travels by only the motor to an HEV mode at which the vehicle travels by the engine and the motor, the second drive force transmission route is switched to the first drive force transmission route, a gear change ratio of the continuously variable transmission is changed to a high-side from a low-side after fastening the clutch, and the engine is cranked by the motor.

    【課題】無段変速機付きハイブリッド車両において、車両走行中に、走行用のモータでエンジンを始動する際のモータによる走行用駆動力の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】エンジン1と、エンジンと駆動輪8との間に設けられた無段変速機3と、無段変速機とエンジンとの間に設けられたモータ2と、エンジンとモータとの間に設けられたクラッチ4と、モータの駆動力を、無段変速機を介して駆動輪に伝達する第1の駆動力伝達経路PT1と、モータの駆動力を、無段変速機を介さずに駆動輪に伝達する第2の駆動力伝達経路PT2と、これらの伝達経路を切り替える切替機構5,6と、モータのみで走行しているEVモードから、エンジン及びモータで走行するHEVモードに切り替えるときに、第2の駆動力伝達経路から第1の駆動力伝達経路に切り替え、クラッチを締結してから、無段変速機の変速比をロー側からハイ側に変更し、モータでエンジンをクランキングする。【選択図】図1
