PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption prediction device which can improve power consumption prediction accuracy.SOLUTION: A power consumption prediction device according to one embodiment comprises a generation unit, and a first calculation unit. The generation unit generates a prediction diagram on the basis of an operation diagram and operation information. The first calculation unit calculates an estimated value of power consumption of a train on the basis of the prediction diagram generated by the generation unit, route information, and power consumption information on the train.
