PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excessive power consumption at the time when a battery is externally charged and use the battery as a heat storage part so as to increase the possible travel distance.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes: an air conditioner 10; and a battery 60 that can be charged from outside the vehicle. A battery temperature control unit 50 includes: a low temperature heat exchanger 58 that can exchange heat with the air conditioner 10; a battery temperature adjustment part 52 that can exchange heat with the low temperature heat exchanger 58 and that adjusts the temperature of the battery 60 so that it becomes close to a target temperature; and a control unit 66 for controlling the battery temperature adjustment part 52. The control unit 66, when the vehicle is charged from outside, determines whether it is necessary to store heat in the battery 60, and when it is determined that heat storage is necessary, sets the target temperature of the battery being charged from outside and higher than that when it is determined that heat storage is not necessary.

    【課題】外部充電時の余分な消費電力を抑えつつ、かつ電池を蓄熱部として使用し、走行可能距離を延ばすことである。【解決手段】車両1は、空調装置10と、車両外部から充電が可能に構成された電池60とを含む。電池温度調節装置50は、空調装置10と熱交換可能に構成された低温熱交換器58と、低温熱交換器58と熱交換可能に構成され、電池60の温度を目標温度に近づけるように調節する電池温調部52と、電池温調部52を制御する制御装置66とを備える。制御装置66は、車両外部から充電を行なう場合に、電池60への蓄熱の要否を判断し、蓄熱要と判断した場合には、蓄熱不要と判断した場合よりも、外部充電中の電池の目標温度を高く設定する。【選択図】図1
