PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of assembling a resin-made spacecraft structural body which surely protects a spacecraft body from vibration and impact at launch and achieves significant weight saving and reduction of manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A structural body has shells formed of PEEK resin and assumes a truncated octahedron. The shells are opposed to each other so that fusion bonding margins 46 face each other. A pair of fusion bonding sheets are arranged between the fusion bonding margins 46. A Nichrome wire 93 is arranged to be interposed between the fusion bonding sheets. The Nichrome wire 93 is extended along the longer direction of the fusion bonding margins 46 and is arranged equally in the shorter direction. The fusion bonding margins 46 are pressed by a press machine 95 and are heated by the Nichrome wire 93.
【課題】打上時の振動や衝撃から宇宙機本体を確実に保護し、大幅な軽量化と製造コストの削減を実現した樹脂製宇宙機用構体の組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】この構体は、PEEK樹脂からなる殻を備え、切頂八面体を呈する。殻が対向されることにより、融着代46が向かい合う。融着代46の間に一対の融着シートが配置される。融着シートに挟み込まれるようにニクロム線93が配置される。ニクロム線93は、融着代46の長手方向に沿って延び且つ短手方向に均等に配置される。プレス機95により、融着代46が押し付けられると共にニクロム線93により加熱される。【選択図】図7
