PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation control device for a vehicle, capable of efficiently suppressing entry of travel air into an engine room at low cost.SOLUTION: The ventilation control device for a vehicle comprises: a front member 2 which is disposed on a front end part of the vehicle and on which first and second openings 12b, 13b into which travel air enters are formed; a radiator 3 which is disposed on a rear part of the front member 2 and which cools cooling water; an electric fan 4 which is disposed on a rear part of the radiator 3 and which rotates in a normal direction for sending air in a rear direction; a wind introduction path 20 formed of a cylindrical outer wall 16 surrounding the first and second openings 12b, 13b of the front member 2, and extending from a rear face of the front member 2 to a surface of the radiator 3; and an electric fan control part for rotating the electric fan 4 in a reverse direction, when vehicle speed is equal to or more than predetermined speed, and temperature of the cooling water is less than the predetermined temperature.
