PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle travel system capable of generating a new travel route while preventing interference with a following vehicle even when the position of a loading point is sequentially changed.SOLUTION: The vehicle travel system includes: a travel route calculation section 311a that calculates a loading point where a loader performs an unearthing work onto a transport vehicle in a mine, a final travel route of a transport vehicle between the loading point and a first waiting point where a transport vehicle 20-1 waits; a trigger signal generation section 191a that generates a notice trigger signal for notifying a movement of a loader 10-1; and an entry prohibition section 311b that prohibits entrance from the first waiting point into the final travel route when the notice trigger signal is generated.
