PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superposition composite component capable of preventing sagging, floating or the like of skin material irrespective of a thermal expansion difference in the superposition composite component in which the skin material is connected to base material by means of an engagement protrusion.SOLUTION: A fall-off prevention part 52 which is engaged with an engagement protrusion 42 and prevents the falling-off has a prescribed length, it is permitted that the engagement protrusion 42 is relatively moved in a direction parallel to a design surface due to a thermal expansion difference between skin material 24 and base material 20 and, therefore, generation of sagging or wrinkles of the skin material 24, floating or the like due to the thermal expansion difference is properly suppressed and commodity quality is improved. That is, the engagement protrusion 42 can be relatively moved with respect to the base material 20 and, therefore, is moved to a surrounding part of a normal temperature or the like in which the thermal expansion difference is small, thereby, the thermal expansion difference is reduced (diluted) and it is suppressed that the skin material is locally sagged or floated as such a case that the engagement protrusion is restrained at a fixed position.
【課題】係合凸部によって表皮材が基材に連結されている重ね合わせ複合部品において、熱膨張差に拘らず表皮材の弛みや浮き上がり等が一層適切に防止されるようにする。【解決手段】係合凸部42と係合させられて抜け止めする抜止め部52が所定長さを有し、表皮材24と基材20との熱膨張差によって係合凸部42が意匠面と平行な方向へ相対移動することが許容されるため、熱膨張差に起因する表皮材24の弛みやしわの発生、浮き上がり等が適切に抑制されて商品品質が向上する。すなわち、係合凸部42が基材20に対して相対移動できるため、常温等の熱膨張差が小さい周辺部分へ移動することにより熱膨張差が緩和(希釈化)され、係合凸部が一定位置に拘束される場合のように局部的に表皮材が弛んだり浮き上がったりすることが抑制される。【選択図】図7
