PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship crane device in which a weight of a beam part of a portal frame can be reduced.SOLUTION: A ship crane device 100 includes: a portal frame 10; a suspension part 20 which is connected to a beam part 12 of the portal frame 10 via a support pin 21; an arm 31 which is connected to the beam part 12 via the support pin 21 and which can oscillate independent from the suspension part 20; a first fluid pressure cylinder 32 having a first cylinder tube 34 rotatably connected to the beam part 12, and a first piston rod 35 rotatably connected to one side of the arm 31; and a second fluid pressure cylinder 33 having a second cylinder tube 36 rotatably connected to the other side of the arm 31, and a second piston rod 37 rotatably connected to the suspension part 20. By telescopic motions of the first fluid pressure cylinder 32 and the second fluid pressure cylinder 33, the suspension part 20 is rotated around the support pin 21.
