PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change gear which can shorten a time required for a changeover action of a pre-shift step.SOLUTION: In a vehicle having a driving system which enables hybrid travel by a torque of an engine and a torque of a motor, control means for controlling the motor changes the torque of the motor so as to reduce a difference between a rotation number corresponding to a gear stage being currently engaged and a rotation number corresponding a selected gear stage when performing changeover of a pre-shift stage. For example, when changeover of the pre-shift stage is performed from a low speed side gear stage to a high speed side gear stage, a negative torque is generated in the motor in the state that the synchronous mechanism of the low speed gear stage is separated, a difference in a rotation number of a synchronous mechanism of the high speed gear stage is reduced, and thereafter, connection of the synchronous mechanisms is performed. When changeover of the pre-shift stage is performed from the high speed side gear stage to the low speed side gear stage, a torque of the motor is increased in the state that the synchronous mechanism of the high speed gear stage is separated, a difference in a rotation number of the synchronous mechanism of the low speed gear stage is reduced, and thereafter, connection of the synchronous mechanisms is performed.

    【課題】プレシフト段の切換え動作に要する時間を短縮できる変速装置を提供する。【解決手段】エンジンのトルクとモータのトルクとによってハイブリッド走行可能な駆動系を有した車両において、モータを制御する制御手段は、プレシフト段の切換えを行なう際に、現在係合されているギヤ段に相当する回転数と選択されたギヤ段に相当する回転数との差を小さくする方向に前記モータのトルクを変化させる。例えばプレシフト段を低速側ギヤ段から高速側ギヤ段に切換える際には、低速側ギヤ段のシンクロ機構が切離された状態においてモータに負のトルクを生じさせ、高速側ギヤ段のシンクロ機構の回転数差を小さくしてからシンクロ機構の接続を行なう。プレシフト段を高速側ギヤ段から低速側ギヤ段に切換える際には、高速側ギヤ段のシンクロ機構が切離された状態においてモータのトルクを増加させ、低速側ギヤ段のシンクロ機構の回転数差を小さくしてからシンクロ機構の接続を行なう。【選択図】図11
