PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lift an elevator hoisting machine for a heavy object up to a lofty building top part by using a general-purpose lifting winch, in an elevator for a skyscraper.SOLUTION: In a method of lifting an elevator hoisting machine for a skyscraper, a lifting winch 13 is installed on the topmost floor landing 4; a deceleration roping is formed by winding between a fixed pulley 16 and a fall block 17 a deceleration rope 19 taken out from the lifting winch 13 and wound up; the fall block 17 and the elevator hoisting machine 23 are connected to each other by dividable suspension ropes 20 and 21; the elevator hoisting machine 23 is lifted to intermediate floors 2 and 3 by driving the lifting winch 13; the elevator hoisting machine 23 is temporarily placed on support mechanism parts 24 and 12 on the intermediate floors 2 and 3; the lowest part of the suspension rope 20 is detached in a temporarily placed state, and an upper part of the suspension rope 21 is connected to the elevator hoisting machine 23; and the elevator hoisting machine 23 is lifted to a machine room 9 by driving the lifting winch 13 again.
【課題】超高層エレベーターで重量物のエレベーター巻上機を汎用の揚重ウィンチを使用して高高所の建物頂部へ揚重可能とすること。【解決手段】最上階乗場4に揚重ウィンチ13を設置し、揚重ウィンチ13から引き出され巻き取られる減速ロープ19を定滑車16と動滑車17との問で巻き回して減速ローピングを形成し、前記動滑車17とエレベーター巻上機23を分割可能な懸垂ロープ20,21で連結し、揚重ウィンチ13を駆動してエレベーター巻上機23を中間階2,3まで揚重し、中間階2,3の支持機構部24,12上にエレベーター巻上機23を仮置きし、仮置き状態で最下部の懸垂ロープ20を取り外して上部の懸垂ロープ21をエレベーター巻上機23に連結し、再度揚重ウィンチ13を駆動してエレベーター巻上機23を機械室9まで揚重すること。【選択図】図2
