PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a detection object with a simple and inexpensive structure.SOLUTION: The radio wave sensor comprises: a transmitter part for transmitting radio waves to a target area; a receiver part for receiving the radio waves from the target area; a difference signal generation part for generating difference signals with frequency components, which are differences between a frequency component of a prescribed radio wave and frequency components of the radio waves received by the receiver part; an analysis part for creating frequency distribution information, which is information on frequency distribution of the difference signals generated by the difference signal generation part; a waveform acquisition part for acquiring an object waveform which is a part or the whole of the frequency distribution, on the basis of a magnitude relation between a predetermined threshold and the intensity of each frequency component in the frequency distribution information; a distance acquisition part for acquiring a target distance, which is a distance from the radio wave sensor to a detection object in the target area, for each of peaks of the object waveform; and a classification part for classifying each of the peaks into one or a plurality of groups on the basis of the target distance for each of the peaks.

    【課題】簡易かつ低コストな構成で、検知対象を精度よく検知する。【解決手段】電波センサは、対象エリアへ電波を送信する送信部と、前記対象エリアからの電波を受信する受信部と、所定の電波の周波数成分と前記受信部によって受信された電波の周波数成分との差の周波数成分を有する差分信号を生成する差分信号生成部と、前記差分信号生成部によって生成された前記差分信号の周波数分布に関する情報である周波数分布情報を作成する分析部と、前記周波数分布情報における各周波数成分の強度と所定のしきい値との大小関係に基づいて、前記周波数分布の一部または全部である対象波形を取得する波形取得部と、前記電波センサから前記対象エリアにおける検知対象までの距離である対象距離を前記対象波形のピークごとに取得する距離取得部と、各前記ピークの前記対象距離に基づいて前記各ピークを1または複数のグループに分類する分類部とを備える。【選択図】図2
