PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of a motor which accumulates a pressure of an oil without losing energy for driving a vehicle and supplies the oil to a motor with the pressure of the oil accumulated during low speed running or vehicle stop.SOLUTION: A cooling device of a motor according to the invention includes: an in-wheel motor 300 which drives a vehicle; a pressure accumulation oil pump 420 which is connected with a driving wheel of the vehicle and absorbs energy generated during deceleration of the vehicle to be driven thereby; and a pressure accumulation mechanism 440 in which an internal pressure increases when an interior part is filled with an oil by driving of the pressure accumulation oil pump 420, the pressure accumulation mechanism 440 supplying the oil filling the interior part to the in-wheel motor 300 when the internal pressure is released.
