PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply system which properly cools a coil producing heat through a non-contact power supply in water, and to provide a power transmission device and a power reception device.SOLUTION: In a non-contact power supply system 1, a power reception device 10 is provided in a submerged mobile body 2, a power reception side pad 11 of the power reception device 10, which includes a power reception coil 11a, and a power transmission side pad 21 of a power transmission device 20, which includes a power transmission coil 21a, face each other through a liquid, and non-contact power supply is performed by using magnetic coupling between the power reception coil 11a and the power transmission coil 21a. The non-contact power supply system 1 employs a structure that a spacer member 30 having a clearance 31 for forming liquid flow is provided between the power reception side pad 11 and the power transmission side pad 21.
