PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat member capable of preventing rigid members from separating from a seat core material even when strong impact force is applied, and also facilitating a rigid member attachment work.SOLUTION: A seat member is constituted by laminating a cushion material and a seat core material for supporting the cushion material. The seat core material is constituted by a foam molding body where a compression elasticity modulus is equal to or more than 1 MPa and equal to or less than 20 MPa. Grooves are formed in the lamination surface side of the seat core material with the cushion material. Rigid members are stored in the grooves and the rigid members are locked to the seat core material. A part of each rigid member is exposed to the rear surface side of the seat core material that does not have contact with the cushion material concerning the vehicle seat member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
