PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checkup method, and a checkup device, by which electric deterioration of magnetic coils can be detected at the time of checkup, and a useful life calculating method for such coils.SOLUTION: A checkup method comprises a Z-F characteristic measuring step of applying voltages of different frequencies to an electromagnetic coil and obtaining a measured value of Z-F characteristic by measuring the impedance at each frequency, and a comparing step of comparing a prescribed permissible bandwidth Z-F characteristic in the normal state of the electromagnetic coil and the value measured at the Z-F characteristic measuring step. A checkup device is equipped with a measuring unit 2, an analyzing unit 3 and a display unit 4; the analyzing unit has an arithmetic subunit 32 that calculates impedances and a memory subunit 33 that stores a reference value of impedance; and the display unit displays a Z-F curve based on the impedances calculated by the arithmetic subunit and the reference value stored in the memory subunit. By a useful life calculating method, when the electromagnetic coil to be checked runs into an initial state of deterioration, the remaining useful life is calculated from a standard deterioration start phase and a deterioration progress phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】点検時において、磁気コイルの電気的劣化を検知し得る点検方法および点検装置ならびに寿命算定方法を提供する。【解決手段】点検方法は、電磁コイルに対して周波数の異なる電圧を印加し、周波数ごとのインピーダンスを測定してZ−F特性の測定値を得るZ−F特性測定工程と、電磁コイルの正常な状態におけるZ−F特性に基づいて予め定めたZ−F特性の許容帯域とZ−F特性測定工程による測定値とを比較する比較工程とを含む。点検装置は、測定部2、解析部3と表示部4を備え、解析部は、インピーダンスを演算する演算部32と、インピーダンスの基準値を記憶する記憶部33とを備え、表示部は、演算部によって算出されたインピーダンスおよび記憶部に記憶される基準値に基づくZ−F曲線として表示する。寿命算定方法は、検査対象の電磁コイルが劣化の初期状態となった場合に、標準的な劣化開始期間と劣化進行期間とから寿命の残期間を算定する。【選択図】図2
