PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device of a fork lift that secures prescribed strength and comprises a caster link which does not cause a molding defect.SOLUTION: A suspension device 10 includes: a link mechanism 40 that includes a caster link 42 and an under link 43 which can be oscillated vertically through a common supporting shaft 48; and an elastic member 60 that absorbs vibration of a caster wheel 31. The caster link 42 includes: a main body part 42c comprising an upper surface 422c and a longitudinal side surface 420c; and a pair of boss parts 42k that are formed integrally with the main body part 42c by casting-molding and have through holes 42j for bearing the supporting shaft. The main body part 42c includes a pair of inclined surfaces 421c inclined downward from the upper surface 422c of the main body part 42c between the pair of boss parts 42k, where the supporting shaft is arranged above the inclined surfaces 421c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
