PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a retreaded tire capable of shortening a work time for a vulcanization treatment, and improving productivity, by reducing the number of steps in the vulcanization treatment of a retreaded tire, and by simplifying a facility.SOLUTION: In a production method of a retreaded tire, a precure tread-attached base tire formed by sticking a precure tread onto a crown part of a base tire through unvulcanized cushion rubber is subjected to heat treatment, to thereby vulcanize and bond the precure tread onto the base tire. In the production method of the retreaded tire, a heating medium is injected into a tube arranged separately from the precure tread on the tire radial direction outside, and disposed in a metal mold for covering the precure tread, and while pressing the precure tread to the tire radial direction inside by expanding the tube, the unvulcanized cushion rubber is heated from the precure tread side, to thereby perform heat treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】更生タイヤの加硫処理時の工程数を低減し、設備を簡略化することで、加硫処理の作業時間を短縮し、生産性が向上した更生タイヤの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】台タイヤのクラウン部に、未加硫クッションゴムを介して、プレキュアトレッドを貼り付けて形成されたプレキュアトレッド付台タイヤを加熱処理することによって、プレキュアトレッドを台タイヤに加硫接着する更生タイヤの製造方法であって、プレキュアトレッドからタイヤ径方向外側に離間配置され、プレキュアトレッドを覆う金型内に配設されたチューブ内に加熱媒体を注入することにより、チューブを膨らませてプレキュアトレッドをタイヤ径方向内側に押し当てつつ、プレキュアトレッド側から未加硫クッションゴムを加熱することにより、加熱処理が行われる更生タイヤの製造方法。【選択図】 図1
