PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a self-rotation regulation safety pin for a spare tire holding device without any reduction in breakage strength caused by wear of self-rotation regulation.SOLUTION: A hoist device 1 for hoisting a spare tire by a lifting rope 8 has a planetary gear mechanism for decelerating and rotating a lifting rope winding drum 6 by rotation of a main spindle 3 in a case 2. The planetary gear mechanism is configured so that a self-rotation regulation plate 11 integrated with a planetary gear 10 abuts on a self-rotation regulation safety pin 15 fixed to the wall 19 of the case 2 to regulate the self-rotation of the planetary gear 10. A pin hole 20 is bored in the wall 19 of the case. The self-rotation regulation safety pin 15 has its one end side set as a small-diameter fixing part 17, which fits in the pin hole 20 to be fixed to the wall 19 of the case, has its other end side set as a large-diameter projection part 16, which is disposed at a position in which it projects in the case 2 and on which the self-rotation regulation plate 11 abuts to rub the projection part. Neither small-diameter part nor a peripheral groove is provided at a middle position. The small-diameter fixing part 17 determines the inner end position of the pin hole 20 and the inner surface position 18 of the wall 19 as breakage strength determination parts subjected to no friction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 予備タイヤ保持装置において、自転規制安全ピンは、自転規制による磨耗で破損強度が低下せず、かつ、能率よく製作できるようにする。【解決手段】 予備タイヤを吊り索8で巻き上げる巻上装置1は、ケース2内に主軸3の回転で吊り索の巻上胴6を減速回転する遊星歯車機構を設けた。遊星歯車機構は、遊星歯車10と一体の自転規制板11がケース2の壁19に固定した自転規制安全ピン15に当たって遊星歯車10の自転を規制する構成にした。ケースの壁19は、ピン孔20を開けた。自転規制安全ピン15は、一端側を小径の固定部17にし、ピン孔20に嵌合してケースの壁19に固定し、他端側を大径の突出部16にし、ケース2内に突出して自転規制板11が当たって自転規制板11で擦られる位置に配置した。中間位置に小径部、周溝を設けなかった。小径の固定部17は、ピン孔20内端位置、壁19内面位置18を無摩擦の破損強度決定部にした。【選択図】 図1
