PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an occurrence of a failure such as thermal damage of a charging cable.SOLUTION: A housing 5 is provided with a communication port 5C, for an inside and an outside to communicate. A communication adjustment mechanism 16, for adjusting a communication state of the communication port 5C in accordance with an atmospheric temperature, is provided. Thereby, the communication port 5C may be opened when the atmospheric temperature is high and the communication port 5C may be closed when the atmospheric temperature is low. Therefore, failures such as thermal damage of a charging cable 3, an operation failure of a winding mechanism 11, and the charging cable 3 being hard to be extracted may be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 充電ケーブルの熱損傷等の不具合の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】 筐体5に内側と外側とを連通させる連通口5Cを設け、当該連通口5Cの連通状態を雰囲気温度に応じて調節する連通調節機構16を設ける。これにより、雰囲気温度が高い場合に連通口5Cを開くことができる。雰囲気温度が低い場合に連通口5Cを閉じることができる。したがって、充電ケーブル3の熱損傷、巻取機構11の作動不良、又は充電ケーブル3を引き出し難くなる等の不具合の発生を抑制でき得る。【選択図】 図1
